Molinda Sue here! I am still in the state of Washington, enjoying an extended stay with my family here. If I don't drive back south soon, it will be spring before I can drive.

Lots of good things have happened here:

• Visited with my grandson, Sean and granddaughter Eliana
• Had time to do my personal evaluation of the housing market
• Missed the South
• Definitely missed Mark, Soleil and Sophia
• Have been doing Wii exercise on Kristopher's Wii - Losing weight and feeling great!
• Adopted a new lifestyle for eating
• My Tennessee Real Estate Brokers license are resting in retirement ready for a busy year in 2011.
